Surrogate MellaPETITION OF CHARLES REICH, GUARDIAN OF THE PROPERTY OF HIS INFANT DAUGHTER, TO COMPEL AN ACCOUNTING BY ELIZABETH BRIMBERG, TRUSTEE OF THE TRUST CREATED BY SEYMOUR REICH, Grantor (16/2996/E) — At the call of the July 11, 2018 calendar, the court granted the petition of Charles Reich, guardian of the property of his infant daughter, to compel an accounting by Elizabeth Brimberg as trustee of the trust created by Seymour Reich under an agreement dated October 6, 2006, for the primary benefit of petitioner’s ward. Respondent is directed to file an account of her proceedings, together with a petition for its judicial settlement, within 60-days after service of a copy of this order with notice of entry. Respondent shall then cause citation to be issued and service to be made, without undue delay on all persons interested in each accounting proceeding pursuant to SCPA 2210.This decision, together with a transcript of the July 11, 2018 proceedings, constitutes the order of the court.Dated: July 19, 2018
