ESTATE OF ALEJANDRO ROLDAN, Deceased (18-660/A) — In this application by the decedent’s mother, the voluntary administrator, seeking a decree for, inter alia, the issuance of letters of administration and the disqualification of the decedent’s father pursuant to EPTL 4-1.4, jurisdiction was obtained over the decedent’s father, the decedent’s only other distributee, without any appearance in opposition. Accordingly, on this state of the record the application is granted only to the extent that letters of administration shall issue to the petitioner upon her filing a bond in the penal sum of $100,000. The decree to be submitted hereon shall vacate the authority of the petitioner to act as voluntary administrator.Submit decree.September 17, 2018
