Surrogate GiganteESTATE OF BETTY ANN FOOTE, A/K/A BETTY FOOTE, A/K/A BETTY MCDONOUGH FOOTE, Deceased (13-355/B) — In this estate, counsel for the Public Administrator of Richmond County, as the administrator of the estate, and the Testamentary Trustee of the Betty Ann Foote Testamentary Special Needs Trust, has petitioned this court to have the estate restored to this Court’s calendar for clarification regarding distribution from the Special Needs Trust.Upon review of the entire file, the matter is restored to this Court’s calendar of Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. John A. Passarello, Jr., Esq., Daniel D. Kuhn, Esq., Anthony Danna, Esq.
