MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDERI. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff commenced this action on December 13, 2016 against National Grid USA Service Company and Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation (together “Defendants”), alleging unlawful discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act, and the New York State Human Rights Law. See Dkt. No. 1 at 5. Plaintiff claims that she has “regularly faced discrimination and a hostile work environment because of [her] race, color, and gender” and that she has been disproportionally disciplined as compared to similarly situated “male-Caucasian employees.” See Dkt. No. 32 at 9. Additionally, Plaintiff claims that Defendants retaliated against her after she filed a complaint with the New York State Division of Human Rights (“NYSDHR”). See id.Presently before the Court is Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment. For the following reasons, that motion is granted.II. BACKGROUNDA. Facts11. BackgroundThis case involves many employees at Defendants’ gas operations department in Schenectady, New York. Gary Stevens, Tony Cianfarani, Pat White, Tony Savona, and Stacy Piel were all Plaintiff’s supervisors in Schenectady at various times. See id. at
