Opinion & Order This case comes before me on a motion to compel arbitration. In this lawsuit, Diannah Anne Zendon (“Zendon” or “plaintiff”), a physical therapist, is seeking relief against the defendants, her employers, for violations of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (“TVPA”), Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), and New York Labor Law (“NYLL”), as well for breach of the parties’ employment contract. Defendant Grandison Management (“Grandison” or “defendant”) has moved this court to compel the arbitration of plaintiff’s claims pursuant to the parties’ 2015 Employment Agreement, Sami Asaad Decl. Supp. Def.’s Mot. Compel Arbitration (“Asaad Decl.”), Ex. A (“2015 Agreement”), ECF No. 14-1.
