Surrogate GiganteESTATE OF SAID ABDELKADER A/K/A SAID KADER, Deceased (17/1049/B/C/D) — In this Administration petition, Gloria Adorno, President of Gardner’s Pharmacy, as creditor interested in the estate of the decedent, has petitioned this court for a compulsory accounting and related relief pursuant to SCPA 2205 for an order directing Salah Abdelkader, as Temporary Administrator (although the court notes that temporary letters did expire on May 13, 2018), to render and settle an account of his proceedings.
