ARMANDO CRUZ, def-app — Judgment of conviction (Richard Ross, J.H.O.), rendered November 17, 2017, affirmed.Our review of the record indicates that defendant’s guilty plea to a violation, in exchange for a $10 fine, was entered knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently with the aid of counsel, and after the court sufficiently advised defendant of the constitutional rights he would be giving up by pleading guilty (see People v. Conceicao, 26 NY3d 375 [2015]; People v. Sougou, 26 NY3d 1052 [2015]). THIS CONSTITUTES THE DECISION AND ORDER OF THE COURT.December 10, 2018

17-258. THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, res, v. JOSEPH JENKINS, def-app — Judgment of conviction (Kevin B. McGrath, J.), rendered January 23, 2017, affirmed.Application by appellant’s counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v. California, 386 US 738 [1967]; People v. Saunders, 52 AD2d 833 [1976]). We are satisfied with the sufficiency of the brief filed by defendant’s assigned counsel pursuant to Anders, and, upon an independent review of the record, agree that there is no valid appealable issue that could be raised on appeal.THIS CONSTITUTES THE DECISION AND ORDER OF THE COURT.December 10, 2018
