Petitioner is the sole executor of decedent’s will. He seeks approval of $65,903 in legal fees and $2,339.09 for out-of-pocket disbursements.Petitioner’s request is based on time charges for services rendered. However, the petition and time records indicate that a portion of these charges is attributable to executorial services not reimbursable as legal fees. Accordingly, advance payment of fees is approved in the reduced amount of $58,422.
