Surrogate AndersonESTATE OF GENEVIEVE SMITH, Deceased (11-1147/A/B/C) — The proposed compromise of causes of action for decedent’s personal injury and wrongful death was approved, and the attorney’s fee and disbursements were fixed and determined, by order of the Supreme Court, New York County.The settlement proceeds are allocated entirely to the cause of action for wrongful death. The restrictions contained in the letters issued to the administrator are removed, and he is authorized to collect the settlement proceeds and execute the necessary receipts and releases.The administrator is authorized to pay $719.46 to Hotel Association of the City of New York Health Center, Inc., New York Trades Council Harlem Health Center, New York Trades Council Harlem Health Center, Inc., and The New York Hotel Trades Council and Hotel Association in full satisfaction of the lien. The net proceeds shall be distributed to decedent’s distributees in accordance with the decree.The account is settled, and the decree is signed.Dated: March 29, 2019
