The administrator has petitioned for leave to allocate and distribute the proceeds of this settlement.The restrictions on the letters of administration issued by this court are removed, and the administrator is authorized to collect the compromise proceeds.The proposed allocation of one hundred percent (100 percent) of the settlement proceeds to the cause of action for conscious pain and suffering is approved.The petitioner is authorized to reimburse the law firm of Sullivan Papain Block McGrath & Cannavo, P.C., $970.00, for the payment of an additional Surrogate’s Court filing fee.
