Surrogate AndersonESTATE OF CHRISTINA ANGELIDES, Deceased (13-4484/D) — Alexandria M. Angelides-Cohen and Nicole D. Angelides, co-executors of the estate of Christina Angelides, have petitioned for settlement of their final account. Two of decedent’s children, Austin Zola and Isabelle Zola, and her ex-spouse, Brad Zola, have objected to the account.On April 19, 2019, John R. Morken, guardian ad litem for decedent’s infant child, Elija Zola, filed an interim report in which he requested authority to enter into a stipulation regarding the distribution of decedent’s tangible personal property. The court, finding the agreement to be in the best interest of the guardian ad litem’s ward, authorizes the guardian ad litem to execute the stipulation on behalf of his ward.This decision constitutes the order of the court.Dated: April 23, 2019.ESTATE OF EDWARD J.
