Assimakopoulos, to the extent of directing Nicolle Assimakopoulos-Panuthos, former limited ancillary administrator c.t.a., to file an account of her proceedings — together with a petition for its judicial settlement and any other submission necessary for the issuance of citation (see SCPA 2210) — within 45 days of service upon her of a copy of this written order with notice of entry.This decision, together with a transcript of the April 26, 2019 proceedings, constitutes the order of the court.Dated: May 8, 2019
