Surrogate AndersonESTATE OF JOHN SCOTT, Deceased (15-3444/B) — At the call of the calendar in this application to compel the executor of the estate of John Scott to account, the executor was ordered to account within 30 days. The court directed that the matter be marked final. Accordingly, Lily Ardalan shall file her account, together with a petition for its judicial settlement, on or before June 21, 2019.This decision constitutes the order of the Court.Dated: May 30, 2019

ESTATE OF LORRAINE GOLDBERGER, Deceased (16-1488/A) — Incident to her final accounting in the estate of Lorraine Goldberger, the Public Administrator requests a determination of the identity of decedent’s distributees.Based upon the proof submitted before a court attorney- referee, the court finds that decedent was survived by one brother as her sole distributee.The court is satisfied that diligent and exhaustive efforts have been made to ascertain the existence of other distributees, that more than three years have elapsed since decedent’s death and that no claim to a distributive share in the estate is being made by any person other than the above mentioned distributee. It is therefore determined that no distributees exist other than that ascertained in the record before the court (SCPA 2225).Accordingly, the Public Administrator is directed to distribute the net estate to Pavel Goldberger.The Public Administrator shall supplement her account by affidavit and as so supplemented the account is settled.Settle decree.SURROGATEDated: May 30, 2019
