MEMORANDUM & ORDER Plaintiff Douglas H. Sanders brings this suit for breach of contract, fraud, and negligence related to his purchase of a home in the “Stone Hill” development (“Stone Hill”), located at 6 Kingwood Court, Muttontown, New York (the “Sanders Home”).
