Surrogate Titone ESTATE OF KOLAWOLE AKANMU, Deceased (18-548) — In this matter, the Court has received a status letter from the Guardian ad Litem. It appears that there is a delay by NYCERS in providing requested information to the Guardian ad Litem. Accordingly, this matter is restored to this Court’s Calendar of Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. as a control date. Olufunlola Oni, Esq., Robert A. Farrell, Jr., Esq., and The New York City Employees Retirement System are directed to appear at Surrogate’s Court at such time. The Clerk of this Court shall send a copy of this decision by Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested to Zachary W. Carter, Esq., Corporation Counsel of the City of New York, and by regular mail to Olufunlola Oni, Esq., and Robert A. Farrell, Jr., Esq., (GAL). This decision shall constitute the Order of this Court. Dated: August 2, 2019
