By: Pesce, P.J., Aliotta, Siegal, JJ. 2018-2047 K C. 2019LANDAU APTS, INC. v. BLUCHER — Motion by appellant for permission to serve his briefs in person on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered August 23, 2018. Cross-motion by respondent to dismiss the appeal. Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is ORDERED that appellant may serve his briefs in person; and it is further; ORDERED that on the court’s own motion, appellant’s time to perfect the appeal is enlarged and the appeal shall be perfected on or before October 11, 2019; and it is further, ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before October 11, 2019, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, without further notice, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeal, on three days’ notice, and may serve such application in person; ORDERED that the cross-motion is denied. No further enlargements will be granted September 11, 2019
