Surrogate Mella ESTATE OF EUNSOON LEE, A/K/A EUN SOON LEE, Deceased (14-841/A/B/C) — The petition of Jun Pyo Lee, as administrator of the estate of Eunsoon Lee, for leave to compromise a cause of action for decedent’s personal injuries is granted. Attorneys’ fees and disbursements are approved in the amounts sought, and the payment of the Medicare lien is allowed. The restrictions on the Letters of Limited  Administration issued by this court are removed, and the administrator, without bond, is authorized to collect the compromise proceeds and execute such further receipts and releases as may be required. The balance of the net settlement proceeds shall be distributed to decedent’s distributees pursuant to EPTL 4-1.1 (a)(3), as set forth in the decree. Decree settling administrator’s account signed. Dated: December 3, 2019
