Surrogate Mella Matter of HELEN MAYER HACKER (19-2626) — At the call of the calendar on December 13,2019, counsel appeared for The University of Minnesota Foundation on its petition seeking to compel the account of trustee, Teresa Manzella. Ms. Manzella did not appear and the court granted the petition and directed Ms. Manzella to account for her proceedings as trustee of the Helen Mayer Hacker Revocable Trust, created under agreement dated October 31, 2013. Ms. Manzella is ordered to file her account, petition for its judicial settlement, and any other submissions required to obtain the issuance of a citation in the accounting proceeding within 45 days of the date that this written Decision and Order is served upon her, with notice of entry. Ms. Manzella shall then cause citation to be issued and service to be made without undue delay, on all persons interested in each accounting proceeding pursuant to SCPA 2210. This decision constitutes the order of the court. Clerk to notify. Dated: December 18, 2019
