MEMORANDUM AND ORDER   On March 10, 2017, the plaintiff brought this action against her former employer, defendant New York and Presbyterian Hospital, alleging that the defendant wrongfully terminated her and did not promote her in violation of Title VII and the ADEA. (ECF Nos. 1, 8.) The defendant moved for summary judgment. (ECF Nos. 48, 52.) For the reasons that follow, the defendant’s motion is granted. BACKGROUND Defendant New York and Presbyterian Hospital is a not-for-profit corporation which provides inpatient, ambulatory, and preventative care to patients. (Defendant’s Rule 56.1 Statement (“Def.’s 56.1″) 1, ECF No. 53.)1 The plaintiff, a 66-year-old African-American woman, began working for the defendant in 1991 as a unit clerk. (Def.’s 56.1
