By Mastro, J.P., Cohen, Christopher, Wooten, JJ. IN THE MATTER OF J. B., ETC., app, v. BENJAMIN M. LAWSKY, ETC., ET AL., res — Motion by the respondents to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 24, 2018. Separate motion by Howard A. Zucker, as Commissioner of the New York State Department of Health, to be substituted for Benjamin M. Lawsky, as Superintendent of the New York State Department of Financial Services. Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is ORDERED that the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondents’ time to serve and file a brief is extended until March 11, 2020, and the respondents’ brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further, ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion which is to substitute Howard A. Zucker for Benjamin M. Lawsky is denied without prejudice to seeking appropriate relief in the Supreme Court, Westchester County. MASTRO, J.P., COHEN, CHRISTOPHER and WOOTEN, JJ., concur.
