ESTATE OF LOUIS RUSSEK, Deceased (85-2265/B/C) — This, unopposed application to allow the resignation of a co-trustee of the trust under Article Fourth (B) of the will of Louis Russek (for the benefit of David R. Leeds) and for the appointment of a successor co-trustee is granted. The letters of trusteeship previously issued to co-trustee Brown Brothers Harriman Trust Company, N.A., are hereby revoked. Decree signed appointing First Republic Trust Company as successor co-trustee. The guardian ad litem’s award is fixed and determined. Dated: February 14, 2020
