ECKFORD-GREENPOINT, LLC, app, ET AL., def — Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 10, 2019. On the Court’s own motion, it is ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled “[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time,” February 25, 2020, is amended by adding the superscript “2″ to the “Extended Deadline” entry concerning the above-entitled matter, to reflect that opposition was received to the application. SCHEINKMAN, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, DILLON and BALKIN, JJ., concur.

By Rivera, J.P., Austin, Hinds-Radix, Christopher, JJ. THE PEOPLE, ETC., res, v. ESLAM M. ABDELDAYEM, app — Motion by Eslam M. Abdeldayem pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 8, 2019, and an execution of sentence of the same court which occurred on March 25, 2019. Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an extension of time to take an appeal from the judgment dated March 25, 2019, is granted and the moving papers are deemed to constitute a timely notice of appeal; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an extension of time to take an appeal from the execution of sentence which occurred on February 8, 2019, is denied. RIVERA, J.P., AUSTIN, HINDS-RADIX and CHRISTOPHER, JJ., concur.
