NOYA 23, LLC, ET AL., res-res, ET AL., res — Motion by Forchelli, Deegan & Terrana, LLP, for leave to withdraw as counsel for the respondent-respondent Roi Yosef on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 22, 2018. Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before May 8, 2020, Forchelli, Deegan & Terrana, LLP, shall serve its client by one of the methods specified in CPLR 2103(c), with a copy of this decision and order on motion and upload a digital copy of an affidavit of service of this decision and order on motion through the digital portal on this Court’s website; and it is further, ORDERED that no further proceedings shall be taken against the respondent-respondent Roi Yosef, without leave of the Court, until the expiration of 30 days after service upon that party of a copy of this decision and order on motion. TYREEK FOSTER, def — Motion by Tyreek Foster, in effect, for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered September 25, 2019, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel. Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is ORDERED that the motion is denied as the judgment rendered September 25, 2019, was vacated on November 19, 2019. DILLON, J.P., AUSTIN, ROMAN and WOOTEN, JJ., concur.
