PARANDZEM DARBINYAN, res, v. 1806 OCEAN REALTY, LLC, app — Motion by the appellant to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 9, 2019.  Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renew upon notification of a new trial date.  ROMAN, J.P., COHEN, MILLER and CHRISTOPHER, JJ., concur.

MICHAEL DIBATTISTA, res — (V-04023-19/19A) — Appeal by Nina Wolowitz from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 21, 2020. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Glenn Kaplan, dated April 24, 2020, it is ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act §1120, the following named attorney is assigned as the attorney for the child on the appeal: Nicole Barnum 225 Broadway, #2605 New York, NY 10007 917-371-7241 and it is further, ORDERED that Glenn Kaplan is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new attorney for the child herein assigned. SCHEINKMAN, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, DILLON and BALKIN, JJ., concur.
