MEMORANDUM AND ORDER Plaintiffs brought this action against a consulting firm and its president for professional malpractice, breach of contract and contractual indemnification. (Am. Compl.

42-73). Defendants now move under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) to dismiss the breach and indemnification claims. (ECF No. 15).
