ESTATE OF ADELE MAE HARRIS, also known as ADELE HARRIS, also known as ADELE M. HARRIS, Deceased (05/A/307A) — This is an application by a daughter of the decedent, seeking letters of administration d.b.n. following the death of the administrator, the decedent’s son. Citation issued to another daughter and the fiduciary of the estate of the deceased administrator, both of whom defaulted. The mother of an infant distributee appeared and had no objections. In addition, several other distributees were cited and thereafter filed consents to the application. Accordingly, in the absence of any opposition, the application is granted and letters of administration d.b.n. shall issue to the petitioner upon her filing of a bond in the penal sum of $450,000.00 The letters of administration that issued to the administrator are to be revoked in the decree to be entered hereon. Settle decree. March 6, 2020
