By Dillon, J.P., Miller, Barros, Connolly, JJ. THE PEOPLE, ETC., res, v. STOKER S. OLUKOTUN-WILLIAMS, app — Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 7, 2016. Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal, and for the assignment of new counsel. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with additional documents to aid in the preparation of his supplemental brief. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief. Separate motion by the appellant’s assigned counsel to be relieved and for the assignment of new counsel.  Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellant pro se to relieve assigned counsel and for the assignment of new counsel and the papers filed in opposition thereto, upon the papers filed in support of the first motion to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief and the papers filed in relation thereto, upon the papers filed in support of the motion to be furnished with additional documents and the papers filed in opposition thereto, upon the papers filed in support of the second motion to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by assigned counsel and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is ORDERED that the motion by the appellant pro se to relieve assigned counsel and assign new counsel and the motion by the appellant’s assigned counsel to be relieved and for the assignment of new counsel are granted; and it is further, ORDERED that counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 24, 2018, Salvatore C. Adamo, 14 Penn Plaza, 225 West 34th Street, 9th Floor, New York, New York 10122, is relieved of the assignment and directed to turn over all papers in the matter to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further, ORDERED that the briefs filed by assigned counsel and by the respondent are stricken, so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 6, 2018, as granted that branch of the appellant pro se’s motion which is, in effect, for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief and to be furnished with copies of the typewritten transcripts of the proceedings, if any, is recalled and vacated, and that branch of the motion is denied without prejudice to renew after assigned counsel, herein assigned, files a brief on behalf of the appellant; and it is further, ORDERED that pursuant to County Law §722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal: Steven A. Feldman 1129 Northern Boulevard, Suite 404 Manhasset, NY 11030 and it is further, ORDERED that upon service of a copy of this decision and order on motion upon it, the Department of Probation is hereby authorized and directed to provide assigned counsel with a copy of the presentence report prepared in connection with the appellant’s sentencing, including the recommendation sheet and any prior reports on the appellant which are incorporated in or referred to in the report, and to provide additional copies to this Court upon demand; and it is further, ORDERED that the appellant’s time to perfect the appeal is extended; assigned counsel shall prosecute the appeal expeditiously in accordance with this Court’s rules (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9) and written directions; and it is further, ORDERED that assigned counsel shall serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken; and it is further, ORDERED that the motions to extend the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief and the motion to be furnished with certain additional documents are denied as academic.
