Surrogate Mella ESTATE OF CHOU SHANG LEE, A/K/A CHOUSHANG LEE, Deceased (16-3299/A/B/C) — Upon reading and filing the petition of KEN MAN LEE, as administrator of the estate of CHOU SHANG LEE, a/k/a CHOUSHANG LEE, deceased, duly verified on February 24, 2020, as amended on June 2, 2020, and July 17, 2020, and the account sworn to on February 24, 2020, and the affirmation of Dana Cohen, Esq., sworn to on April 20,2020, praying that the administrator be authorized to compromise, allocate and distribute the proceeds of the claim for decedent’s wrongful death and conscious pain and suffering to the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund which resulted in an award of $599,745.00, and to have judicially settled his account; AND the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance having filed its Waiver of Citation and Consent to the relief requested, by its attorney, John C. Miller, Esq., dated February 27, 2020; AND Waivers of Citation and Consents to the relief requested in the petition having been filed by KO YEN LIAO and JAE LEE, as distributees of decedent on February 26, 2020 and February 25, 2020, respectively; AND no objections having been filed; AND the Administrator having prayed for the judicial settlement of his account and said account having been filed, under oath, and the Surrogate, having examined said account, now here finds the state and condition of the said account to be as stated and set forth in the following summary statement thereof, as adjusted by her to be recorded with and taken to be a part of the decree in this matter:
