LAVORATA, ET AL., third-party def-app — Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 3, 2019, and two decisions of the same court dated June 25, 2018, and May 10, 2019, respectively. Application by the plaintiff-appellant and the third-party defendants-appellants to withdraw the appeals insofar as taken against the defendant-respondent Henry F. Weber. Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeals are marked withdrawn insofar as taken against the defendant-respondent Henry F. Weber.
