IN THE MATTER OF NAOMI GIACCONE, ADMITTED AS NAOMI DANIELS, AN ATTORNEY AND COUNSELOR-AT-LAW — Application by Naomi Giaccone, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 15, 2012, under the name Naomi Daniels, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Naomi Gokce. Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant’s name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Naomi Giaccone to Naomi Gokce, effective immediately. SCHEINKMAN, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, DILLON and BALKIN, JJ., concur.

Schroer, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 28, 2003, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Monica Schroer Hafif. Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant’s name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Monica N. Schroer to Monica Schroer Hafif, effective immediately. SCHEINKMAN, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, DILLON and BALKIN, JJ., concur.
