ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD OF THE NEW YORK STATE UNIFIED COURT SYSTEM, ET AL., res — Pursuant to NY Constitution article VI, §4(i), it is ORDERED that the above-entitled appeal and the application submitted in relation thereto are transferred to the Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department, for hearing and determination; and it is further, ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with this appeal and application shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department.
