NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, ET AL., res — Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 20, 2017. Motion by Saloni Anand, administrator of the estate of Rakesh Anand, to be substituted for Saloni Anand and Rachit Anand, co-guardians of Rakesh Anand. Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is ORDERED that the motion is granted, Saloni Anand, administrator of the estate of Rakesh Anand, is substituted for Saloni Anand and Rachit Anand, co-guardians of Rakesh Anand, and the caption is amended accordingly. RIVERA, J.P., COHEN, HINDS-RADIX and IANNACCI, JJ., concur.
