ESTATE OF HENRY KARMELIK, Deceased (15-3133/B) — This is an application in the estate of Henry Karmelik to withdraw funds deposited with the Commissioner of Finance of the City of New York for the benefit of decedent’s unknown distributees pursuant to a decree of this court dated April 11, 2018. Based upon the proof submitted at a hearing before a court-attorney referee, the court finds that decedent was survived as his sole distributees by two maternal first cousins. Accordingly, the Commissioner of Finance is directed, after deducting his fees and charges as provided by law, to pay the funds on deposit and all accrued interest to Christopher Fanning Esq., who shall distribute such funds in equal shares to Ludwik Jacek Synoradzki and Grzegorz Henryk Hoffmann. Settle decree. Dated: December 16, 2020
