(ANONYMOUS), res-app — (Proceeding No. 3) — (B-25071-2016, B-25072-2016, B-25073-2016) — Appeals by Terry K. from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 17, 2019, and October 28, 2019, respectively. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Jennifer E. Reddin dated January 28, 2021, it is ORDERED that the following named attorney is assigned as the attorney for the child Amia M. on the appeals: Heath J. Goldstein 90-50 Parsons Blvd., Suite 216 Jamaica, NY 11432 646-436-1052 and it is further, ORDERED that Jennifer E. Reddin is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new attorney for the child Amia M. herein assigned; and it is further, ORDERED that pursuant to §670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), the attorney for the child Amia M. shall serve a brief and upload a digital copy of a brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court’s website on or before March 5, 2021, and the attorney for the child Amia M. shall file an original and five hard copies of the brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court. MASTRO, A.P.J., RIVERA, DILLON, AUSTIN and HINDS-RADIX, JJ., concur.
