By: Aliotta, P.J., Weston, Toussaint, JJ. 2015-2986 K C. PARKVILLE REALTY ASSN. v. WOODWARD — Motion by appellant on an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 3, 2015, to enlarge the record on appeal by having this court take judicial notice of the papers submitted in support of and in opposition to a prior motion by respondent which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated July 30, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 14, 2019, the motion was held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof. Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the submission of the appeal, it is ORDERED that the motion is denied. March 5, 2021
