By Mastro, A.P.J., Rivera, Dillon, Chambers, Wooten, JJ. IN THE MATTER OF DENISE NICOLE HOLT, A SUSPENDED ATTORNEY — Motion by Denise Nicole Holt for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ms. Holt was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on August 23, 1995. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 17, 2016, Ms. Holt was immediately suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Judiciary Law §§90(2) and 468-a, nunc pro tunc to April 15, 2016. Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that, effective immediately, Denise Nicole Holt is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Denise Nicole Holt to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law. MASTRO, A.P.J., RIVERA, DILLON, CHAMBERS and WOOTEN, JJ., concur.
