OPINION AND ORDER On April 19, 2021, Diligence Global Business Intelligence SA (“DGBI”) filed an ex parte application for an order enabling it to subpoena Michael Holtzman, a New York resident and public relations professional. DGBI sought the subpoena pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1782, which governs the provision of “[a]ssistance to foreign and international tribunals and to litigants before such tribunals.” For the reasons that follow, DGBI’s application is denied.
