ESTATE OF WETHERELD ANTHONY ROSS, Deceased (15-183/A/B/C) — The parties to this application by the administrator of the estate of decedent Wethereld Ross to compromise for $115,000 claims for decedent’s wrongful death and conscious pain and suffering have filed a stipulation dated February 16, 2021, settling all objections and claims of the New York City Department of Social Services. The requested allocation is all (100 percent ) to the cause of action for wrongful death, which is approved. There are no other claims, commissions are waived, and the fees and disbursements of counsel are fixed and determined in the amounts requested. The petition is granted, and the account settled. The net proceeds are to be distributed as requested, in accordance with the parties’ stipulation. The administrator is authorized to execute and deliver any papers or electronic authorizations necessary to effectuate the settlement and distribution, and the letters of administration are modified accordingly.
