PEOPLE v. BLAND, LAMON — Ordered, that the order of this Court dated June 16, 2021 is recalled and vacated, and it is further Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of relieving Robert S. Dean of the Center for Appellate Litigation and assigning Michele Hauser Esq. (300 Cadman Plaza West, 12th floor, Brooklyn, NY 11201. Tel# 212 354-0099) as counsel for the appellant to continue with the prosecution of the appeal pursuant to Section 722 of the County law. SEE ORDER.
