ESTATE OF ANDREW FRANCIS HARRINGTON, Deceased (16-439) — After a conference with the court, the parties to this contested probate proceeding have agreed to a settlement pursuant to which the guardian ad litem for decedent’s minor son will withdraw his objections to probate, and the executor of decedent’s estate will establish a trust for the benefit of decedent’s minor son using a portion of the estate’s assets. The guardian ad litem requests permission to enter into the settlement, stating that it is in his ward’s best interests. The court agrees and authorizes the guardian ad litem to enter into the settlement on behalf of his ward. Accordingly, the matter shall proceed as an uncontested probate, subject to the terms of the aforementioned settlement, and letters testamentary shall issue to Alia Akimova. Preliminary letters testamentary previously issued to her shall be revoked. Settle decree. Dated: September 24, 2021 Surrogate Mella
