IN THE MATTER OF DIANNA LYSIUS, app-res, v. NEW YORK CITY COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS, res-app, NEW YORK CITY LEGAL DEPARTMENT, ET AL., res — Appeal and cross appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 29, 2021. Motion by the appellant-respondent, inter alia, in effect, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order and judgment and to stay enforcement of the order and judgment, pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross appeal. Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, for leave to appeal is denied as unnecessary, as the order and judgment is appealable as of right (see CPLR 5701); and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied. DILLON, J.P., IANNACCI, CHRISTOPHER and WOOTEN, JJ., concur.
