ESTATE OF VINCENZO CORDI, Deceased (12-986/A/B/C) — The compromise of a cause of action for decedent’s personal injury was approved and attorney’s fees and disbursements were fixed and determined by order of the Supreme Court, New York County. The administrator’s petition for leave to distribute the net settlement proceeds for the cause of action for decedent’s personal injury is granted. The restrictions contained in the letters issued to the administrator are modified to the extent necessary to allow the collection and distribution of the settlement proceeds. The funeral expenses were paid by decedent’s spouse, and she is not seeking reimbursement. The administrator has waived statutory commissions. The balance of the settlement proceeds shall be distributed to decedent’s spouse and issue in accordance with EPTL 4-1.1 (a) (1), as set forth in the decree. The account is settled, and the decree is signed. Dated: December 21, 2021
