JACK P. SCHLEIFER, Deceased, Grantor, (10-3599/A); JACK P. SCHLEIFER, Deceased, Grantor, (10-3599/B/C); JACK P. SCHLEIFER, Deceased, Grantor, (10-3599/D) — The parties to these three proceedings regarding decedent Jack Schleifer have settled their differences. In the proceeding to rescind a settlement agreement (subrecord /A) and the proceeding to revoke the letters issued to Richard Yellen (subrecords /B/C), the parties have filed stipulations of discontinuance with prejudice and without costs. In the proceeding to fund a charitable lead unitrust (subrecord /D), the parties filed with the court a stipulation of settlement dated April 17, 2018, that resolves all outstanding issues. And, in recognition thereof, the court marks that matter discontinued as well (CPLR 3217). Proceed Accordingly. Dated: January 21, 2022
