2018-1479 K C. SP PROP. 232 CT., LLC v. IDEAL PROPS. GROUP, LLC — Motion by respondent to dismiss the appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 11, 2018, and for the release of funds on deposit. Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to dismiss the appeal is denied as moot, as the appeal was dismissed by order of this court dated June 12, 2020, and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking the release of funds on deposit is granted and the New York City Department of Finance is directed to release the funds on deposit in the matter to respondent, less any lawful fees. March 21, 2022
