ESTATE OF BOODHOO MANGAROO, Deceased (18-501) — On the return date of this application by an alleged creditor seeking the issuance of limited letters of administration to an eligible distributee or the Public Administrator, the spouse appeared by counsel and requested to be appointed administrator with authority limited to appearing in a foreclosure proceeding. The petitioner and the Public Administrator consented to the spouse’s appointment. Accordingly, the petition is granted and letters of administration limited as consented to by the parties shall issue to the spouse upon her duly qualifying according to law. Settle decree. April 11, 2022

ESTATE OF CATHRETA RICHARDS, Deceased (20-2207) — In this application by a daughter of the decedent seeking letters of administration, two of the decedent’s children signed waivers and consents and citation issued to the remaining two children of the decedent, her only other distributees. On the return date held on the court’s virtual platform there was an appearance by one of the cited daughters who requested an adjournment to have an off calendar conference with a member of the court’s law department. A conference was held, at which time the respondent stated her consent to letters issuing to the petitioner. On this state of the record, the application is granted and letters of administration shall issue to the petitioner upon her filing of a bond in the penal sum of $500,000.00 and subject to the limitations of SCPA 805(3) with regard to any realty. Settle decree. April 13, 2022
