ESTATE OF TAMIR SAPIR, Deceased (14-4683/A) — This court appointed Michael P. Ryan, Esq., as guardian ad litem for Zita Sapir, an infant child of decedent, in this proceeding to disallow a derivative claim on behalf of ASRR, LLC, against the estate of decedent Tamir Sapir. Zita Sapir has since attained majority. Accordingly, the guardian ad litem no longer represents Zita Sapir in this claim proceeding, which is stayed for 30 days from the date on which the guardian ad litem serves a copy of this order upon his former ward by First-Class Mail service (CPLR 321 [c]). If no waiver of service of process or consent to the relief requested is filed by Zita Sapir during the 30-day-stay period, or if a notice of appearance is not filed during that period — either by counsel retained by Zita Sapir or by her personally as a self-represented (also called pro se) party — Zita Sapir will be deemed to have defaulted in appearing and she need not be further heard on the relief requested in this proceeding. This decision constitutes the order of the court. Clerk to notify. Dated: April 26, 2022
