THE PEOPLE, ETC., res, v. ELIJAH FLOWERS, app — Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 18, 2018. On the Court’s own motion, it is ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled “[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time,” dated April 27, 2022, is amended by deleting from the “Extended Deadline” entry concerning the above-entitled matter the date “April 27, 2022,” and substituting therefor the date “May 31, 2022.” LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, DUFFY, BARROS and CONNOLLY, JJ., concur.
