OPINION & ORDER Before the Court is Defendants’ motion for attorneys’ fees, (ECF No. 105), and Plaintiffs’ cross-motion to stay the ruling on that motion, (ECF No. 112). For the following reasons, both motions are DENIED. I. BACKGROUND The Court presumes the parties’ familiarity with the facts of this case, which are set forth in detail in the Court’s July 19, 2021 Opinion and Order. (ECF No. 96 (the “Order”).) Plaintiffs, who were formerly employed in the admissions office of Berkeley College (the “College”), initiated this action on November 7, 2018, bringing hostile work environment and retaliation claims against the College under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”), and an aiding and abetting claim under the NYSHRL against Defendant Martinez. (ECF No. 1

129-149.)1 Plaintiffs later amended their Complaint to add NYSHRL aiding and abetting claims against Defendants Orsini and Bertone. (See ECF No. 28
