Green from an order of the Supreme Court (IDV Part), Kings County, dated April 27, 2022. On the Court’s own motion, it is ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated May 18, 2022, and the scheduling order dated May 25, 2022in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from order of the Supreme Court (IDV Part), Kings County, dated April 27, 2022, are amended by deleting from the first line of the caption Family Court docket number “V-848-19/22C,” and substituting therefor “V-843-19/22C”. LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, DUFFY, BARROS and CONNOLLY, JJ., concur.
