ESTATE OF FREDERICK RICCIARDELLI, Deceased (12-252/A) — This proceeding to compel an accounting by the executor of the estate of Frederick Ricciardelli is granted. Anthony Ricciardelli is directed to file an account of his proceedings as administrator, together with a petition for its judicial settlement, within 45 days of service upon him of a copy of this order with notice of entry. The executor shall then cause a citation to be issued and service to be made without undue delay on all persons interested in the accounting proceeding pursuant to SCPA §2210. The Clerk of the Court is directed to email a copy of this decision, which constitutes the order of the court, to the parties who have appeared in this proceeding. Dated: July 5, 2022
